About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a skilled and creative Process Engineer. The company pioneers technology for mobility experiences that matter to people and is a leading player in the auto industry, valuing innovation and quality. As a Process Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and ergonomic production processes within a dynamic environment. Key aspects of the role include managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production efforts, and actively participating in the manufacturing engineering network. The role also involves monitoring production processes to ensure the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
  • Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • English required
