About The Position

The Process Engineer position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group’s quickly growing Outsourced Technical Services(OTS) team based out of Irvine, CA. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of PM Group’s ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. We have over 50 years’ industry experience, strong technical knowledge and integrated resources. Clients look to us to provide experienced technical professionals that complement their project teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations, validation lifecycle principles, and documentation practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting capital projects or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an embedded technical resource within client engineering, validation, or operational teams.
  • Support capital projects, facility upgrades, commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Develop and review lifecycle documentation including URS, design documentation, protocols, reports, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and IT.
  • Ensure activities align with cGMP regulations and global regulatory expectations.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and support schedule and budget objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within regulated manufacturing environments.
