The HR Workforce Analytics team pioneers Northern Trust’s approach to talent strategy and organizational growth. As a member of the team, this position will play an important role in helping leverage vast troves of data to generate insights and inform decisioning-making for internal clients across the globe. The Process Engineer & Transformation Lead sits at the intersection of workforce strategy, experience design, and execution. This role is responsible for reimagining and redesigning critical workforce processes by applying human-centered design, rigorous process re-engineering, and technology enablement to redesign how work gets done. This is a high-impact role for a transformation leader who enjoys building from the ground up. You will combine design thinking, deep process re-engineering, and technology enablement to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, experience, and adoption across the employee and manager lifecycle. Acting as the bridge between strategy and implementation, this role ensures transformation ideas are not just conceived but delivered.
