About The Position

This role involves installing and setting up computer equipment, providing hands-on support for computer-related issues, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance. The Process Engineer Tech will also collaborate with IT personnel, order necessary tools and equipment, and maintain documentation for equipment and tools. Requirements

• Experience with installing and setting up computer equipment.
• Ability to provide hands-on support for computer-related issues.
• Skills in troubleshooting, preventive, and general maintenance of computers and related equipment.
• Understanding of company regulations and requirements.
• Experience in ordering tools and equipment.
• Experience in assembling, issuing, and maintaining tools and equipment used in production and test.
• Proficiency in documenting equipment and tools, maintenance records, tooling logs, and asset recording.
• Ability to provide training to Production or Engineering personnel.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, and other related equipment.
• Provide hands-on support for computer-related issues and requests.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and general maintenance on computers and related equipment.
• Work with other computer service IT personnel to understand company regulations and requirements.
• Order tools and equipment needed to support computer-related equipment and peripherals.
• Assembling, issuing and maintaining tools and equipment used in production and test.
• Document equipment and tools issued, maintenance records, tooling logs and asset recording.
• Provide training for Production or Engineering personnel as needed.
