Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Support pilot‑scale testing and analyze data to drive large‑scale process improvements. Evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements based on data findings. Assist in implementing new raw materials and optimizing material and energy usage. Contribute to equipment design, costing, and feasibility for small‑scale capital projects. Collaborate with engineers, managers, and technicians across a multidisciplinary team. Gain exposure to real‑world process engineering applications within a biotech plant. Support documentation, reporting, and communication of project results. Participate in safety‑focused operations and uphold site compliance standards. Engage in continuous learning to strengthen technical and engineering skillsets.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biological Systems Engineering.
• Preferably at least a sophomore in an accredited undergraduate program.
• Strong initiative and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to complete the full internship assignment.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or lab experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools or engineering modeling software.
• Demonstrated interest in biotechnology, fermentation, or industrial processes.
