A Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production. This role focuses on improving process performance, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities typically include analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as quality, operations, and supply chain. The engineer also develops process documentation, validates new equipment or processes, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The position requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, knowledge of manufacturing methods and quality systems, and the ability to use data to drive operational improvements. Manufacturing Process Engineers play a critical role in increasing productivity, maintaining product quality, and supporting scalable manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree and 0 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Engineering Degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical prefer
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
  • Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques as well as production yields for existing products.
  • Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
  • May develop and conduct statistical analysis or recommend additions to document work.
  • This can include scouting and feasibility work, material selection, process and equipment selection, tooling / fixture and equipment installation and assessment of inputs, outputs and alignment to requirements.
  • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
