Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts.
CAD or SolidWorks experience.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day.

Nice To Haves

2–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.
Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects.
Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes.
