About The Position
Peregrine Team is hiring a Process Development Scientist to support biologics development and scale-up. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting tech transfer from R&D to production.
Requirements
- PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in biologics process development
- Experience with GMP and tech transfer processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments to optimize upstream/downstream processes
- Support scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing teams
- Analyze process data and identify improvements in yield and efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Document findings and support regulatory submissions
