About The Position

The Process Dev Engineering Technician will be part of a team that supports cell therapy media development and scale up, working with the media and factor preparation teams to ensure components are prepared with high consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or relevant work with 0-3 years experience
• Large scale media or buffer prep experience in a bio-pharmaceutical setting working with interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings, progress, and problems.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Follows established protocols to ensure materials are consistently formulated to end user specifications
• Identifies and helps implement workflow improvements that increase team efficiency and adheres to industrial safety standards
• Ensure data integrity by timely completion of batch records that capture on-the-floor activities in an electronic lab notebook system
• Collaborates with team member, align on project goals and priorities, sharing results and participate in team discussions
• Contribute to fostering a working environment and positive team culture
• Ensure compliance on lab safety procedures
