About The Position

The Process Development Engineer will drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes that affect product quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness. The role works with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve processes in support of organizational goals and customer expectations. It focuses on analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization, operating and maintaining test equipment, conducting measurements, managing wafer inventory, generating package bond diagrams, and designing and ordering test boards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.
Familiarity with Unix systems.
Proficiency with electronic lab equipment, including automated probers, semiconductor parameter analyzers (SPA), source measure units (SMU), S-parameter systems, curve tracers, oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and power supplies.
Demonstrated experience breadboarding and building experimental circuits.
Software programming experience, particularly in instrument control and automation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in semiconductor layout using Cadence Virtuoso, LEdit, or willingness to learn.
Knowledge of RMB (HP Basic).

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain HP4062/4073 testers with EG2080, EG4090, and TEL Precio XL probers, using custom RMB code.
Work with HP8753 and Cascade full-temperature probers using HP IC-CAP software.
Manage an Agilent B1500 with a manual probe station.
Use miscellaneous test equipment, including HP4145, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators.
Handle inventory of wafers from previous silicon wafers.
Perform measurements on package parts.
Conduct transient manual measurements, such as gate charge and reverse recovery.
Generate bond diagrams for packages.
Design and order test boards.
