We are looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate or early-career professional to join our experienced technology reliability development team. In this role, you will perform TCAD simulation, characterization, and modeling of transistor reliability mechanisms.

- Must be capable to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
- Must be able to clearly communicate project status and actions.
- Must be able to interface with multiple organizations and work well on a diverse team to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities
- TCAD device simulation for device reliability optimization.
- Assess the impact of process/layout on transistor reliability.
- Develop Reliability Models based on data and underlying degradation kinetics.
- Perform Bench testing and collect data
- Develop new test capability using parametric analyzers and bench equipment
- Long term package level testing for reliability modeling
- BTI process optimization for advanced analog/CMOS nodes
