About The Position

The Process Development Engineering team collaborates cross-functionally to develop, optimize, validate, and scale manufacturing processes for complex Class III medical devices and biologic materials. Requirements
- Expertise in process development, manufacturing engineering, validation, process characterization, equipment qualification, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities within regulated industries.
- Experience in medical devices, biologics, catheter-based systems, tissue processing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with design controls, risk management, process validation, and FDA or ISO-regulated environments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, validate, and scale manufacturing processes for complex Class III medical devices and biologic materials.
- Engage in process characterization, equipment qualification, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities.
