About The Position

At CelLink, we’re rethinking how power and data move through next-generation systems—from electric vehicles to AI data centers. We’re looking for a motivated intern to support key process development and manufacturing initiatives, using data to drive real engineering decisions. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside engineers on meaningful projects that directly impact product performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data (Excel, JMP, Python, or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of statistics (e.g., variation, yield, process capability)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or university.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a lab, manufacturing, or research environment
  • Exposure to data analysis, process optimization, or systems thinking

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement
  • Track and report on key manufacturing and process performance metrics
  • Support engineering teams in running and documenting development trials
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
  • Contribute to the development of standardized reporting and data-driven workflows
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
