Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Has actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team. Typically has responsibility for project staff and budget. Additional Information: -Manages team memebers responsible for effectively analyzing consumer lending processes, new change mandates, and audit results and determing and implementing solutions designed to resolve issues and improve key performance indicators. -Implements projects designed to meet evolving compliance and risk policy and develops/manages project plans. -Manages a group of process designers and project managers supporting key funcitonal areas in Consumer Lending team and responsibilities may vary depending on specific assignment; responsibilities may span across any Consumer Lending product, process, or function.
