About The Position
The Process Commissioning Lead is responsible for leading process commissioning execution, including development of work packages, coordination of resources, and system startup activities in California.
Requirements
- 10+ years commissioning experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Lead role
- Strong experience with DCS / ESD / F&G checkout
- Experience in O&G or gas processing projects
- OSHA-30
- H2S
- ISN compliant
Nice To Haves
- Steam ticket or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of commissioning work packages
- Coordinate process commissioning and startup (CSU) activities
- Lead system scoping, tag validation, and systemization support
- Support FATs, vendor inspections, and package validation
- Lead dynamic commissioning and startup execution
- Develop and verify commissioning procedures and checklists
- Support PSSR, walkdowns, and ITP witness points
- Oversee vendor coordination and field execution
- Provide reporting, scheduling input, and resource planning support
- Ensure safety compliance, training, and workforce readiness
