About The Position

We are seeking a Process Control Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for running control towers to ensure facilities operate smoothly and to support our customers. The position involves creating coverage files and tracking tools to monitor performance. The work environment is primarily an office setting, with frequent phone calls. Occasional travel to local supplier locations may be required, necessitating the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, including macros and complex formulas
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Open to a 2-year degree with 6+ years of experience
• Open to a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Run meetings for control towers with LPAs and the supplier
• Create coverage files
• Create tracking tools to show performance
• Ensure facilities are running and customers are supported through control tower operations
