About The Position
This role is for a Software Engineer / Process Control Engineer with a core requirement of 1-2 years of software engineering experience. The position involves working with SCADA platforms, Linux/Windows operating systems, and potentially Kubernetes and IoT technologies. Experience in manufacturing is preferred, along with strong data and operations analysis skills, and excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities. The role also emphasizes software or systems design, industrial communication protocols, and the willingness to use AI as a skills multiplier.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of software engineering experience
- Core Java or Python or C/C# programming
- SCADA platform experience
- Linux experience preferred; Windows is acceptable
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in a Programming Language
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Nice To Haves
- Kubernetes experience is a plus
- IoT exposure is a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Willing to use AI as a Skills Multiplier
