In this role, you will serve as a key partner between Research & Development and Manufacturing, helping ensure products are efficiently and consistently produced while meeting quality standards. You will support process optimization initiatives, troubleshoot production challenges, analyze data, and recommend improvements that enhance performance across the operation. We rely on our team members to bring fresh ideas, collaborate across functions, and contribute to a culture focused on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, chemical engineering, process management, operations research, or a related technical environment
- Strong knowledge of chemical properties, manufacturing processes, product formulations, and quality standards
- Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective solutions that improve efficiency and product quality
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, Microsoft Office applications, and manufacturing-related software systems
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
