About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. You will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide. As a Process Architect (Technical Writer), you will lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes that support Oracle’s global data center facilities. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and compliance teams to develop clear, scalable, and auditable procedures that enable safe, reliable, and repeatable execution across hyperscale environments. You will work directly with building management systems (BMS), power and cooling infrastructure, and automation platforms to ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and standards meet rigorous requirements for security, compliance, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes that support Oracle’s global data center facilities.
