About The Position

Support the analytical testing for process development testing. This role involves processing samples, performing HPLC separation and data analysis, preparing buffers, setting up instruments, and sterilization and cleaning of systems. The scientist will document laboratory activities electronically, troubleshoot equipment, and be responsible for following safe laboratory practices and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Flexibility to work early morning and evening hours on an as-needed basis may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in chemistry, biology or other scientific concentration
• Experience with MS Excel and Word required
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• 3-6 months wet lab experience preferred
• Experience with Empower highly preferred
• Strong computer, scientific and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies
• Experience in the analysis of therapeutic proteins using various HPLC and UPLC techniques
