Job Description: Employer: Premier Bankcard LLC Job Title: Process Analyst Job Duties: Support complex, cross functional, process improvement initiatives which drive strategic business optimizations for the enterprise. Work with business line leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to plan, develop, implement, test, and measure process improvement projects which deliver operational efficiency, expense savings, improved customer experience, revenue growth, enhanced quality, and/or regulatory excellence. Support the development and deployment of control plans and monitoring reports which help the business sustain the gains from process improvements and to identify when further improvements are needed. Lead process optimization efforts, working across lines of business. (30%) Analyze business problems and make recommendations; Provide insight and foresight which may lead to enterprise level process implementation and/or optimization. (20%) Leverage objective, data-driven Six Sigma tools and methods in all process improvement work including but not limited to A-Nova, Chi-Square, Full Factorial DOE, multivariate analysis, and so on. (10%) Assist with process optimization, working across lines of business. (5%) Collaborate with other Process Analysts to analyze business problems and make recommendations; Provide insight and foresight to team members and/or supervisor. (5%) Work with Process Engineers to develop comprehensive project plans for assigned projects, including deliverables, milestones, target dates, owners, dependencies, and other relevant information. (5%) Develop and deploy control plans and monitoring reports which help the business sustain the gains from process improvements and to identify when further improvements are needed. (5%) Assist with the development of comprehensive project plans for assigned projects, including deliverables, milestones, target dates, owners, dependencies, and other relevant information. (3%) Support the development and maintenance of project charters which indicate a primary measure of success with a baseline and target value, and a secondary constraint measure where applicable. (3%) Maintain a constant vigilance to identify, quantify, and assess current and evolving best practices. (3%) Responsible for mentoring analysts in applying the Six Sigma methodology and in designing appropriate analytical frameworks. (3%) Partner with lines of business and other functional business partners to execute the implementation of process improvement projects while providing clear, concise, and consumable analytical insights. (3%) Provide a cross-functional perspective; initiate and lead the appropriate level of collaboration. (3%) Work with the LOB and Finance to track the impact of projects; Record project activity for progress reporting; Develop and maintain project charters which indicate a primary measure of success with a baseline and target value, and a secondary constraint measure where applicable. (2%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field, plus 1 year of industry experience as a business or process analyst.
  • Position also requires at least 12 months of demonstrable industry experience with the following:
  • Change management and process improvement methodology
  • Making presentations and/or recommendations to management or academic advisors
  • Researching economic or industry trends
  • Coding using data mining/statistical software including: SQL, Power BI, MiniTAB, and SAS
  • Presenting findings to higher ups, supervisors or stakeholders
  • Creating/reporting of key indicators for operational and/or process predictive modeling and forecasting.
