About The Position

Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking compassionate, reliable, and hands-on healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians at our Shawnee clinic. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or other patient-care professionals who enjoy direct patient interaction and want to be part of a growing organization that is innovating how mental health services are delivered. As a Procedural Technician, you will play an important role in supporting safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on both traditional mental health treatment and advanced neuromodulation therapies. The Procedural Technician provides direct patient support and assists with clinical procedures that support mental health and neuromodulation services. This role involves hands-on patient care, room preparation, monitoring, documentation, and support of clinical workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-moving clinical setting.

Requirements

  • BLS certification (required)
  • Direct patient care experience (CNA experience preferred)
  • Strong professionalism and customer service skills
  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered attitude
  • Willingness to learn clinical procedures, EMR systems, and clinic workflows
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized approach to work responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic daily patient care and support
  • Monitor patients during self-administration of medications
  • Record and document vital signs and appointment outcomes
  • Assist with patient comfort, safety, and overall experience
  • Prepare and set up procedure rooms and clinical spaces
  • Maintain and track clinical supplies and inventory
  • Perform patient follow-up calls as needed
  • Support staff and assist with clinic flow as directed
  • Perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments after training
  • Perform spectral EEGs after training
