About The Position

We are hiring for multiple openings of Procedural Scheduler positions in the PeriOp Admin Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Currently available schedules: 1) Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 hours per week. 2) Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 hours per week. Apply today! Under supervision coordinates communication of daily surgical and/or procedural case progress to the Charge RN, staff, surgeons and anesthesiologists. Coordinates Perioperative Services surgical and procedural scheduling by obtaining data relevant to the specific procedure and works with inter-/intra-departmental staff as necessary to ensure accurate procedure resource scheduling. Requirements

• Proficiency in three areas of responsibility and/or must have at least 1 year experience in the Providence Operating Room with maintained proficiency in two areas of function listed above in Essential Functions Daily Operations
• Computer skills using a variety of software.
