JOB SUMMARY: The Probate & Guardianship Associate will be responsible for opening Estate, Guardianship and Cuban Blocked Accounts, along with being knowledgeable of court documents and bank account requirements. Associate should be well versed in the field of Probate and Guardianship and display excellent customer service skills as daily communications and interaction will be with Attorneys and paralegals. Consistently gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
