We help clients care for their loved ones by planning for death, disability, and taxes. We forge long-lasting relationships with clients and would like to forge one with you. Preparation and maintenance of client files, drafting legal forms, letters, and court documents, keeping abreast of changes in court procedures, local rules, and legal issues, client communications, and general support of attorneys Coordinate drafting of subpoenas and coordinating with process servers Draft legal documents, complete judicial counsel forms, pleadings, and correspondence, such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research with legal research tools, on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized, so all documents are readily accessible Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
