Requirements

  • 3+ years of Florida probate experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Rules and court procedures
  • Exceptional organizational skills and deadline management
  • Confident client communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • High emotional intelligence and professional composure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management systems
  • Solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience with complex or contested estates

Responsibilities

  • Manage Florida probate administrations from intake to closing
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court filings
  • Communicate directly with clients, courts, financial institutions, and opposing counsel
  • Proactively track deadlines and ensure procedural compliance
  • Lead clients step-by-step through the probate process with clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinate asset transfers and estate distributions
  • Support attorneys in strategy and case management
  • Continuously improve internal systems and workflows
