About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects. Due to increased demand, they are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California-based Probate Administration/Estate Planning Attorney. This is a contract-based, remote position with variable hours, expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Probate and Estate Planning law.
- Familiarity with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning.
- Experience with post-death trust and probate administration.
- Well-organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote, on-demand support for short-term and long-term legal projects.
- Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning.
- Manage post-death trust and probate administration.
