About The Position

Mystic Creek Golf Club, located in El Dorado, AR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Regular and Reliable attendance and transportation
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Interested in growing knowledge of golf club operations

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop
• Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions
• Make tee time reservations
• Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course
• Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments
• Continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls
• Assist with receiving merchandise
• Assist with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head Professional
• Go the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect
