About The Position

The Pro Services Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to professional customers by supporting the daily operations of the Cancos PRO Services pickup counter. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order management, customer support, pickups, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. The Pro Services Specialist partners closely with the showroom, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, retail, sales support, or order management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with contractors, builders, or professional trade customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a best-in-class experience for professional customers.
  • Support the daily operations of the PRO desk, including answering phone calls, managing customer orders, processing order updates, and providing follow-up communication.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate customer pickups and ensure a smooth, efficient, and courteous pickup experience.
  • Communicate regularly with warehouse personnel to facilitate accurate order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Proactively contact customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and special delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with showroom and sales teams to identify opportunities to support and grow PRO customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, with a particular focus on setting materials and related products.
  • Assist with store initiatives, promotions, and operational projects as assigned.
  • Address customer concerns and escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Contact and collaborate with delivery drivers to ensure best possible customer service, delivery planning, and delivery information.
