About The Position

This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. As a Pro & Services Reporting and Optimization Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll gain experience supporting the teams that serve our professional customers — contractors, tradespeople, and service providers. You’ll help analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support reporting that enhances the customer experience for our Pro segment. By working with data and collaborating across teams, you’ll learn how insights and reporting drive smarter decisions and operational excellence. This internship is ideal if you enjoy turning data into actionable strategies and want to learn how analytics powers customer-focused business decisions. Whether you're starting your professional journey or pivoting to a new field, Lowe's offers the resources and opportunities you need to thrive. Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24th–July 30th) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities. Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Nice To Haves

3.0 cumulative GPA.
Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.

Responsibilities

Analyze reporting and performance metrics related to Pro & Services business operations.
Assist in developing dashboards and reports that improve visibility in key performance indicators.
Support optimization projects to improve processes and service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business goals.
Gain experience in data visualization, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance the experience of Lowe’s Pro customers.
Drive sales enablement innovation by optimizing tools and technology to improve efficiency and customer experience for sales teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to gather insights, shape business cases, and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
Deliver end-to-end solutions by working closely with technology teams to execute, refine, and push products across the finish line into successful adoption.
