About The Position

This is a continuous recruitment position and is part-time, non-benefited. The Pro House Manager oversees the safety and security of 600 patrons before, during, and after performances in the Modlin Center venues. The Pro House Manager supervises all front-of-house staffing and operations for Modlin Center events. The Pro House Manager is the primary point of communication between various Modlin Center staff members at events.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Crisis management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Minimum two years of professional experience in house management
• Retail experience or experience working with the public

Nice To Haves

• A retail or service background is helpful
• Ability to use a Motorola two-way communication device
• Ability to use email, shared drives, and electronic filing systems
• Ability to use a Macintosh computer and Microsoft Office Suite for Macintosh
