Requirements
- No cleaning experience required — we train you
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time
- Positive attitude and clear communication
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- REAL ID driver's license required or must be willing to obtain within 3 weeks of hire
Responsibilities
- Cleaning residential homes and some small businesses using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, systems, and products
- Cleaning bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, fixtures
- Cleaning kitchens: countertops, appliances, sinks, surfaces
- Dusting: furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, details
- Floors: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- General tidying, staging, and making homes look their best
