This PRN Registered Nurse position at VHVI OP Franklin TN will apply the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The role involves effective communication of pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team, collaboration in establishing patient goals, and evaluating progress to ensure effective outcomes. The position also requires furthering professional growth through learning activities in accordance with Board of Nursing standards.

Relevant Work Experience
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully search for evidence to answer clinical questions.
