Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition
- Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding resident care
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting
- Assist with staff orientation and training as needed
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
