About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric role in Portland, OR. This position involves providing direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a hospital setting. The role requires assessing patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams and families, educating families on care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Oregon State RN License

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents, in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients’ families on treatment plans, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and promote patient safety and infection control.
