About The Position
Outpatient Diagnostic Center is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! This is an in-person position at our outpatient imaging center located in Huntsville, AL. We offer training for entry-level candidates and provide a clear career ladder for advancement within our business office department, from Patient Coordinator I up to Business Office Manager. The Business Office Team collaborates to provide excellent patient care and support operational goals. Responsibilities include customer and patient-facing duties such as welcoming, registering, and coordinating patients, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory management, and medical record management. Higher levels involve training, supervision, and management of the team, ensuring a quality, high-functioning, and customer-friendly imaging center.
Requirements
