About The Position

Functional Pathways is the therapy provider for Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Sterling, VA. They are hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to join their team at this CARF-accredited facility, named “Best Continuing Care Retirement Community” in 2025 by U.S. News and World Report. Falcons Landing offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and a dedicated, resilient population. Located in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Falcons Landing caters to former members of the armed forces, US government employees and their spouses. Requirements

Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
Active state license
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
