PRN Nurse (LPN/RN)

Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, compassionate care based on individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Accurately document care and maintain records.
- Collaborate with the care team and support residents’ well-being.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Support a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
- Adapt to changing needs and participate in emergency response.
