Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• State-required Caregiver certification (or ability to obtain if applicable)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Helping with meals and creating an enjoyable dining experience
• Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
• Encouraging residents to participate in activities and maintain independence
• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Supporting residents with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness
• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care
