Requirements

Current LPN or RN license in good standing
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test

Nice To Haves

Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives
Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
