About The Position

Mindoula, through its clinical affiliate CareMind Health, is expanding its team and seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists to provide high-quality care across several top-tier hospitals in Maryland. These PRN W-2 roles offer flexibility and are ideal for psychiatrists seeking variety, work-life balance, and a dynamic clinical environment. The positions involve conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing patients, developing treatment plans, prescribing and monitoring medications, providing crisis intervention, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, delivering virtual outpatient services, and supporting care coordination.

Requirements

• Psychiatrists Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure in Maryland (or open to licensure in Maryland and/or surrounding areas)
• Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing
• Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver virtual outpatient psychiatric services as needed
• Support care coordination with case managers, families, and external providers
