PRN Infusion Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic – Austin, TX
About The Position
Central Texas Neurology Consultants is hiring a PRN Infusion Nurse to support our growing outpatient infusion center. This is a flexible, weekday-based role in a highly specialized neurology practice where quality of care—not volume—drives the day. This role offers a calmer environment, meaningful patient interaction, and a schedule that works for you. The position involves low, manageable patient volume, flexible PRN scheduling with weekday shifts scheduled in advance, no nights or weekends, specialized neurology care for MS and other neurologic conditions (non-oncology), a strong supportive team, and meaningful patient relationships due to longer visits.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- BLS certification required
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Strong IV skills and clinical judgment
- Comfortable working independently in a small team environment

Responsibilities
- Administer specialty infusion therapies and perform patient assessments
- Start IVs and manage infusions with strong clinical judgment
- Monitor for infusion reactions and respond appropriately
- Educate patients and caregivers throughout treatment
- Collaborate with providers and the infusion team to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical protocols
