UVA Community Health is seeking to employ a PRN Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Prince William Medical Center. Responsibilities
- Visiting bedside and answering questions
- Ordering tests, medications and treatments
- Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
- Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
- Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow-up
- Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician
