PRN Dietitian
About The Position
Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position. This role provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. You will perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans, provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies, apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols, contribute to QAPI initiatives, and partner with the food service management team. You will also support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
Requirements
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
