About The Position
Cornerstone Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN positions across all shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, and a commitment to providing joy, dignity, and top-notch care. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining documentation, collaborating with the team, and participating in resident activities.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (Texas)
- Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification
- Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
- Working knowledge of basic patient care procedures

- Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families, and coworkers.
- Able to demonstrate sincere compassion.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
- One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long term care nursing assistant is preferred.
