About The Position
We are looking for a PRN Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team. This role involves assisting Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall management of their plan of care across the continuum. The position is located onsite at Valley View Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1 year of nursing (RN) experience
- Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- BSN RN preferred
- Case Management experience preferred
- Case Management and Epic experience a plus
- Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred
