PRN Caregiver
About The Position
A female client with dementia is seeking a PRN Caregiver to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ambulation, transfers, safety supervision, fall prevention, medication/exercise reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and meaningful engagement. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, from PRN to 12-hour days/nights, and thoughtful matching of caregivers with clients based on personality, needs, location, and availability. The agency emphasizes supporting its caregivers and fostering strong client-caregiver relationships, evidenced by a turnover rate well below the national average.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- At least 1 year direct hands-on caregiver experience (family counts!)
- A good driver with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
