About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced PRN caregiver to join our care team. This position is ideal for caregivers who are looking for flexible work and are available to provide coverage when needed. Only candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience will be considered. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
• Hands-on experience providing personal care is required
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Compassionate and patient with clients
• Flexible and willing to accept PRN shifts as they become available
• Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
• Provide coverage for open, fill-in, and short-notice shifts when available
