About The Position

Position Overview: Are you a Landscape Architect, Professional Engineer, Civil Engineer, CADD Designer, or Construction Inspector looking for a flexible way to work? Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Local travel during business hours may be required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required in accordance with company insurance standards.
  • Ability to legally work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct title research to verify property ownership.
  • Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions with landowners in compliance with ODOT and federal requirements.
  • Manage closings and ensure all acquisition documents are accurate and complete.
  • Use acquisition tools and processes required to clear projects.
  • Communicate with property owners, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support project delivery.
  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain organized project documentation.
  • Perform field activities as required.
  • Follow company quality and safety protocols.
  • Apply analytical problem-solving to acquisition and project challenges.
