About The Position

Gunster is seeking a full-time Private Wealth Services Paralegal for its Tampa office or one of its South Florida offices. The role calls for thorough knowledge of estate and trust administration and a strong understanding of estate planning, tax, and accounting concepts. The successful candidate will communicate effectively in writing and verbally, use estate administration and tax-related software, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tax experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or CP or FRP designation.
• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience.
• Thorough knowledge of estate and trust administration.
• Strong understanding of estate planning, tax, and accounting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with estate administration and tax-related software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
